All D.O. Smith Inc. products are produced in the U.S. and crafted with the highest quality materials. Our products are guaranteed to be free of mechanical defects. Should the product not perform as expected during the first use, a full refund or replacement unit will be offered.

If you would like to request a refund for a faulty product, please submit a request by email with the following information:

• Product details
• Purchase order information
• A brief description of the issue

After a refund request is received, a response will be issued within 10 business days after receiving the request . If the request is approved, the faulty item(s) will either be replaced at no cost or the full purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded, less any shipping cost.
